We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, understanding customer requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role demands a proactive individual who can achieve sales targets, manage customer relations, and provide accurate sales forecasts and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Initiative:
- Execute the strategic sales plan to meet the company’s objectives and goals.
Customer Requirements & Competitive Analysis:
- Clarify and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Collect and report competitive information to stay ahead in the market.
Sales Target & Financial Control:
- Manage sales budgets and ensure financial requirements are met by achieving sales targets.
Business Development:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent engagement.
- Update marketing strategies to stay informed about the market and competitive landscape.
- Follow up on business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Take care of the showroom located in Warsaw, ensuring it is fully functional for customer demonstrations.
Business Operation:
- Provide accurate demand forecasting and feedback to improve business planning.
- Implement sales activities, including customer training and providing quotations.
- Participate in sales campaigns, trade shows, and events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Report weekly sales performance to the Country Manager.
Team Management:
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the company.
- Provide training and support to ensure the team meets its objectives.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Conduct customer visits and gather feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Regulation Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the audiovisual sector.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required.
