Participants can join a session from any location using a QR code, link or browser. After joining, they can view every action live as the presenter writes and draws on the Newline display. The host can grant editing permissions so participants can contribute their own notes, drawings or images. Each contribution is marked with a unique nickname to maintain clarity and structure. Sessions can be protected with a password, the number of participants can be defined and the session can be managed by one or several moderators. This creates an engaging and accessible environment for hybrid learning, workshops and remote teamwork.
Newline Whiteboard at its Core
Users of Whiteboard PRO have access to all familiar tools from the standard Whiteboard application. These include writing and drawing, adding shapes and diagrams, importing files and images, using a multi page workspace, intuitive gesture controls, handwriting and shape recognition, saving work and real time interaction directly on the display. The latest version expands these features with new educational tools, subject oriented resources and visual enhancements designed to improve the clarity and effectiveness of lessons and presentations.
New Tools and Enhancements in Whiteboard PRO
Whiteboard PRO introduces subject based templates that support teachers in preparing structured and visually organised lessons. These include mathematics, physics, chemistry, geography, biology, currency and music.
