Newline interactive displays: IML La Zubia relies on blended learning

It was founded in 2001 with the aim of promoting the teaching of English in the area. Thanks to its method and the dedication of the management team and teachers, in a short time it experienced such growth that it was necessary to expand the facilities. In 2016 the school was awarded the Cambridge Awards for Preparation Centres as one of the best schools in the world for the study of English.

CHALLENGE

The enormous demand added to the new normality imposed by the coronavirus, where social distance and hybrid learning are essential,
has led IML La Zubia to install Newline displays from the MIRA series in each of its 14 classrooms.

THE SOLUTION

The reason why this model stood out from the other interactive solutions on the market is that MIRA has it all! Its camera and 4 noise cancelling microphones with a range of 8 metres combine perfectly with Newline’s certified optical bonding technology that offers higher image quality from anywhere in the classroom.

“When we saw Newline’s interactive displays installed we thought wooow” – Sabrina Mariscal, headmaster of IML La
Zubia

In the words of the director of the academy: “We chose Newline MIRA because it allows us to give part of the classes at a distance. With the integrated camera and microphones we can do this without additional accessories and maintaining the quality standards that our students deserve”.

BENEFITS
