At Newline, we take product security seriously. If you believe you have identified a cybersecurity vulnerability or security-related issue affecting a Newline product or service, please report it to our Product Security team using the form below.
Before you submit
- Provide enough technical detail for our team to reproduce and assess the issue.
- Do not include unnecessary personal data, passwords, access credentials or customer content.
- If the report contains highly sensitive information, use the approved encrypted reporting method.
What happens next
Our Product Security team will acknowledge receipt, assess the report, request further information where necessary, coordinate remediation with the relevant teams and communicate appropriate updates. Response targets and disclosure rules are subject to Newline’s approved Product Security Policy.
