Challenge
After using a proprietary and high-cost system for many years, Macon County Schools dedicated a great deal of time and resources to properly evaluate better display options for their classrooms. Not only did the new solution need to be easy for teachers to use in their daily lessons, the district had to have compatibility with Chromebook and SMARTNotebook.
Solution
Newlines TRUTOUCH interactive displays were chosen to replace the schools aged projectors. The non-proprietary nature of the TRUTOUCH meant teachers could continue using Chromebooks and other already familiar software solutions. Newlines outstanding support, warranty, and ease of use made the TRUTOUCH an obvious choice.
Results
Work order tickets drastically decreased for the IT department, since the teachers needed less help to interact with their TRUTOUCH displays. Teachers found that daily lessons moved along at an easier, non-complicated pace thanks to the intuitive and non-complicated nature of the TRUTOUCH displays.
