Challenge
Client’s development team required interactive VC collaboration solution. Facility and staffs were equipped with Apple Macintosh based systems. Users can connect with any kind of gadgets that they work on. . Initially client wanted to use ZOOM VC and normal touch overlay for display. However, touch overlay is not compatible with Mac system.
Solution
Newline suggested TRUTOUCH 86” display (model TT-8616UB) for their head office boardrooms. TRUTOUCH series is fully compatible with client’s Mac system. The TRUTOUCH 86” display along with dedicated Mac Mini, Logitech camera and ZOOM VC created a state-of-the-art solution that provides simple collaboration but powerful features. Image mapping, annotation, printing, emailing and more capabilities all from a single interactive display.
Results
The development team utilized the full functionalities of Newline solutions enabling them to connect anywhere from the world, while local team utilized the interactivity and collaboration option of the TRUTOUCH 86” display.
