SEROMAL is a public sector organization that belongs to the management of Alcobendas city hall in Madrid, Spain. They are responsible for the development and maintenance of this city with 0.1 million population.
Challenge
SEROMAL used to have an obsolete and multi-functional training room using traditional flipchart. They intended to move forward by reforming the training room into a comfortable one with the modern technology. Some smart meeting room solution they’ve surveyed were too expensive for the department. While a regular TV was not the versatile solution that could match their needs in training employees.
Solution
Newline’s TRUTOUCH 65-inches IB series was installed by SEROMAL in their reformed training room. Along with the Windows on-board computer from Media Markt ( the reseller of consumer electronics), the TRUTOUCH display created a collaborative room to engage employees during training sessions.
Results
Several trainers and teachers use the TRUTOUCH interactive display for internal and external HR training programs. Teachers are able to mirror screen from their own devices wirelessly or through cable with a simple plug via HDMI or VGA. Also users have full access of Windows system, allowing them to present any files such as Office, Pdf, image and video, as well as storing resources in the powerful on-board computer.
With the state-of-the-art technology, the training courses are more appealing and interactive for both trainers and employees. Everyone can utilize the interactive display to present, share, and collaborate easily.
