FANTASTIC is all I can really say the 2 guys that came out were excellent and very well versed, they fixed the problem plus more and a previous issue I had they troubleshooted with ease and got me fixed up they both deserve a raise and trip to wherever, they literally saved my butt. Phone support attempted repairs remotely. Had to send tech to come out and replace a part. Issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Techs were professional and polite.
